BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
1.1 A non refundable deposit of $595.00 (per person) (“Deposit”) is required within 7 days to secure your Booking.

1.2 By making a deposit you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Document.

1.3 Payment of the balance must be received no later than 45 days prior to commencement of the package.

1.4 For bookings made inside 45 days and prior to 14 days prior commencement of the package, full payment is required within 7 days.

1.5 For bookings made inside 14 days prior to commencement of the package, full payment is required at the time of booking.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation by You:
2.1 In the event you cancel your Ayurveda Bliss package, all non refundable deposits paid are non-refundable.

2.2 For cancellations received 45 days or more, 100% refund of your Ayurveda Bliss package (excluding non-refundable deposit)

2.3 For cancellations received within 45 days and up to 14 days prior to package 50% refund of your Ayurveda Bliss package (plus non-refundable deposit)

2.4 For cancellations less than 14 days in advance of arrival, no refund of your Ayurveda Bliss package.

If making own arrangements for flight bookings it is the responsibility of participants to advise in writing to Sanctuary Travel flight details to allow for booking of transfers for your Ayurveda Bliss package.
Sanctuary Travel is not responsible or liable for any costs incurred by you due to late arrival or airline delays for whatever reason. If you have booked your own flight and it is extraordinarily late, or you have missed a flight transfer, we will endeavour, if we are given sufficient notice, to advise the resort at the airport to meet you at the time of your arrival.
Sanctuary Travel will provide a welcome letter outlining contact details in the unlikely event this should occur.

Payments made by Visa and MasterCard are accepted and will incur a 1.5% surcharge. For all premium cards additional charges apply.
Prices are subject to change without notice, due to matters outside our control, such as adverse currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, please enquire for further details.

Sanctuary Travel recommends travel insurance and is happy to assist in determining your insurance requirements and offer a discount to our valued customers.

For international bookings made outside of Australia a US $20 bank service fee applies.

Due to varying exchange rates, fuel costs, Government taxes, etc. prices quoted in AUD are subject to change without notice. However, all attempts will be made to absorb minor alterations in currency fluctuations.

In the unlikely event that changes to the specified itinerary occur, Sanctuary Travel & Essence of India Tours are not responsible for any alterations to the packages provided by suppliers due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control or force majeure.
